Men's Weekly Release



MARSHFIELD, Mass. – The New England Hockey Conference (NEHC) men's weekly awards were announced for games through Sunday, December 3. Nolan Redler (Winchester, Mass.) of University of Massachusetts Boston earned Player of the Week honors for his performance over the weekend. Braeden Ostepchuk (Lethbridge, Alta.) of Norwich University and Anthony D'Aloisio (Frisco, Texas) of University of Southern Maine were named Goaltender and Rookie of the Week respectively.

Player of the Week
Nolan Redler – University of Massachusetts Boston
(Sophomore, Forward – Winchester, Mass.)

player Redler recorded a team-best three goals and four points in #6/9 UMass Boston's weekend split against rival Babson College. The sophomore scored a power-play goal on Friday night, before tacking on two goals, an assist and finished +4 in a 7-5 win over the Beavers on Saturday.

Goaltender of the Week
Braeden Ostepchuk – Norwich University
(Senior, Goaltender – Lethbridge, Alta.)

player Ostepchuk was outstanding in Norwich's only game of the weekend, stopping all 29 shots he faced to pick up the 12th shutout of his career and set the new Norwich all-time record for career shutouts. He made 15 saves in the third period, including staving off two 5x3 situations in the final six minutes of the game to preserve the victory over in-state rival Castleton University. His three shutouts on the season lead the nation.

Rookie of the Week
Anthony D'Aloisio – University of Southern Maine
(Freshman, Goaltender, Frisco, Texas)

player D'Aloisio compiled a 2.32 goals against average and a .921 save percentage while backstopping the Huskies to a pair of ties against New England College and Saint Anselm College over the weekend. He had 31 saves against NEC, including 14 in the third period, and 28 against Saint Anselm.



Honor Roll

Jonas Toupal - Hobart College
(Junior, Forward– Vcelna, Czech Republic)

Toupal led Hobart with three goals in a 2-0-0 NEHC weekend. In a 4-2 win at Skidmore on Friday night, he scored the Statesmen's first goal in the first period and added what proved to be the game winner in the third period. In a 3-2 win at The Cooler on Saturday, Toupal scored Hobart's first goal. He leads the Statesmen with eight goals and 12 points this season.

Parker Sanderson – University of Southern Maine
(Junior, Forward – Bangor, Maine)

Sanderson scored 60% of the Huskies goals last week as they played to pair of ties against New England College and Saint Anselm College. Sanderson scored USM's first goal in their 2-2 tie with NEC, and had a pair of second-period power-play goals in a 3-3 tie against Saint Anselm. He notched his second goal of the game with 1.8 seconds remaining in the period, coming on an end-to-end solo rush.

Bobby Hall – Babson College
(Senior, Forward – Westwood, Mass.)

Hall finished with two goals and one assist for three points in Friday's 4-3 win over No. 6/9 UMass Boston. The senior forward scored back-to-back goals to give the Beavers a 3-1 lead and then assisted on a third period goal to help Babson stay unbeaten at home.
